Carterii Frankincense, also known as Beyo, has a classic soft Frankincense aroma. It is the scent many remember from childhood, and it is used extensively in the Perfume industry and also in Church ritual.

 

In northern Somalia, many collectors and their families survive wholly or partly on income from collection. The gums come from trees that grow on rocky slopes and gullies, making collection hazardous.

 

 

These are high-grade tears with an amber/honey color. The aroma is beautiful and light, with notes of Citrus and woody balsamic undertones.
